Remembering to take the time and do things they enjoy remains something most people forget in the middle of a busy, stressful work week. Taking a few minutes out of each day to watch a favorite show, work on a craft, take a nap or go eat lunch with a friend can drastically improve one’s mood, overall outlook and even help them to feel less stressed.
