‘Maybe she’s born with it’

Starting off with a splash of mascara and a unique lip color, junior Maddy Peden found an interest in makeup and enjoys trying out new things with her hobby.

When did you become interested in makeup?

As a kid I watched a lot of Youtube makeup videos, but I didn’t really express any interest in it until last year. During the summer I progressed with it and got fancier.

Who’s your favorite Youtube star to watch?

Graveyard Girl Bunny, just because I find her personality bubbly and natural.

Have you found a set routine of makeup?

Usually mascara, brown eyeshadow, and foundation. I like to spice it up sometimes with an eyeliner or lipstick.

What’s your favorite piece of makeup?

Lipstick, gosh I own a lot.

What’s your favorite color for lipstick?

Definitely plums and dark reds.

Do you want to do anything makeup related for a career?

No, I’m interested in game design, but I love makeup as a hobby and will continue with it.
