Homecoming dinner ideas

October 21, 2014

Now that everyone has their homecoming date, one important issue on the minds of many presents a question: where to go for dinner? Choosing the right restaurant can set the mood for the rest of the night, but finding a restaurant proves difficult. Staying close to home and eating somewhere in budget is ideal; the homecoming extravaganza can get expensive. Here’s our Top Five reasonably-priced and close to home choices for homecoming dinner:

  • Babin’s – 17485 Tomball Parkway, Houston, TX 77064

Babin’s menu consists of excellent freshly prepared seafood. Their friendly staff adds a nice tough, but their menu fluctuates in price. So, check before you go.

  • Peli Peli – 110 Vintage Park Blvd, Houston, TX 77070

Great atmosphere plus a great wait staff makes this South African restaurant a delight.

  • Rudy’s Grill & Cantina – 11760 Grant Rd, Cypress, TX 77429

Rudy’s provides a clean, family-oriented environment that specializes in Tex-Mex food.

  • Greek Isles – 5200 Louetta Rd, Spring, TX 77379

If you’re looking for a healthy chose, Greek Isles might be the right choices. Family-owned, this restaurant just gives off a good clean, Greek vibe.

  • Del Pueblo – 13235 Jones Rd, Houston, TX 77070

Close to the school, Del Pueblo maintains a clean, well-staffed Mexican restaurant that serves excellent Tex-Mex food for an affordable price.
